Dear Joan,
Thank you for thinking of me. Yes ,some areas in North Carolina were very hard hit from Hurricane Helene. I was fortunate, here in Greensboro,, to just have a little wind and some rain. Due to a lot of rain over the month, i did have a large hickory come down in my back yard ,taking several trees with it, but, it did not hit my house. It clipped the back edge of a shed in the back yard, but just knocked off a bit of fascia. A friend cut some of the tree limbs for free ! will still need a few more times to get the tree completely chopped up.
