Anne L. Coffey Eichorn died December 28, 2019. Anne was born to Ray and Lois Coffey on September 17, 1943. She was a retired para educator with Lincoln Public Schools. Her hobbies included gardening and attending garage sales. Family includes: husband, Duane; sons, Daniel (Christy) Eichorn, Lincoln, NE and Douglas (Alisa) Eichorn, Lincoln, NE; grandchildren Henry, Chloe and Millie; brother William Coffey, Lincoln, NE. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Roper & Sons 'O' Street Chapel, 4300 'O' Street, Lincoln, NE. The family will greet one hour prior to the service. Memorials to the Lincoln Children's Zoo or Make A Wish Foundation.

Oh my goodness.....I am shocked and so very sadden. Anne and I have a long history. Starting with being in Blue Birds and Camp Fire Girls (like girl scouts) in elementary school and so many wonderful memories. Many overnights in Jr. high. Dated brothers and married them...so we were sisters in law for a number of years. We reconnected after our children were adults and I would try to get together and "caught up" when I made trips back to Lincoln. Conolences and prayers to the entire family.

I remember Anne all the way back to Prescott School and then Irving Junior High. I always enjoyed being around her. My condolences to her family.

So sorry to lose another classmate. I also, attended Prescott with her and of course LHS. It seems as if we are decreasing in numbers by way too many too fast. Prayers for the family. All of our classmates are precious to us and losing any is like losing our own family.
