The Class of '61 is grateful to Melvin's sister, Delores Fischer Kaufman, LHS Class of '50, for providing information about Melvin's life.  In addition, we thank LHS Class of '60 Ralph Giebelhaus, husband of our '61 classmate Donna Vinson Giebelhaus, for putting us in touch with Delores.
