On February 28, 2010 the information reached us that Pam died in April of 2007. This was passed along through a cousin. Pam experienced health problems over that last few years and it was believed she died from pneumonia. The last address our class had for Pam was in Fitzgerald, GA, in 2006. At the time of our 40th LHS reunion in 2001 Pam had worked for 34 years as a Special Education teacher in the public school system. Pam had one daughter, Deborah Denvir.

Pam, was a talented musician with a heart for the "challenged" in any way so it wasn't surprising to hear of her career choice ...How those children must have benefited from her expertise, experience encouragement & love. I enjoyed the fun & fellowship of several pregame dinners with her, other class mates & her parents who always extended their gift of warm hospitality A special high school memory I have of Pam is hosting a holiday tea together, something I first enjoyed in England as a HS freshmen, that has continued to this day in a tea ministry...... so the next one will be given in Pam's memory , a celebration of her life with gratitude for being such a special LHS friend.
