After graduating from LHS Sandy was employed by a local insurance company.  Sandy married Robert Uribe and following their marriage they lived in California for a year and a half.  After returning to Lincoln, Sandy was an operations administrator for Crete Carrier for 20 years.  Sandy enjoyed bowling and playing the guitar.  She is survived by her husband, four children and spouses, seven grandchildren, and a sister and spouse.  She died February 13, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer.
