Sharon Kay (Wrede) Weir, 76, of Sumner, Wash., went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on 8-17-2018. Sharon was born in David City to Dean & Dorothy (Gaskill) Wrede on 7-10-42. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Lincoln, class of 1961.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Jim Weir, of Sumner, Wash., brothers Willis (*Sharon) Wrede of Lincoln, Richard Wrede of Puyallup, Wash., daughters Lorinda Urbaetis of Tacoma, Wash., Cindy (Paul) Kemp of Maple Valley, Wash., Carie (Keith) Sinks of Bayard, Jerris Jackson of Tacoma, Wash., and son Walter Dean Russell of Wilber. She is preceded in death by her parents Dean & Dorothy Wrede.

Sharon's brother, Willis, is married to our classmate, *Sharon Coy.

Sharon was a loving, caring, wife and mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend. Sharon had so much peace, love, and acceptance in her heart. She just wanted her family and friends to give peace a chance.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 24, at Hill Funeral Home 217 E. Pioneer, Puyallup, WA 98372. Viewing will be from 10 am to 11 am. Burial will be at Hobart Cemetery in Maple Valley, Wash. To leave condolences or tributes please visit www.hillfhpuyallup.com
