Otis was born in Ringgold, LA and moved to Lincoln as a young child.  After high school he served in the United States Marine Corps.  Otis worked in construction throughout the United States and returned to Lincoln in 1997.  He is survived by a special friend, brothers and sisters, grandchildren and many extended family members.  Otis was living in Lincoln at the time he died, April 5, 2011.
