Miva Rae Robbins married shortly after graduating from high school to Dexter Miles and they were married for 48 years at the time of Miva’s passing in February 2010. Miva and Dexter have two sons Thomas [Tracey] and Robert [Susie] and five grandchildren. One of the boys is a policeman while the second son works for the post office. Following 22 years of military service Dexter and Miva moved to South Carolina until 2004. During 2004, they moved to Hurst, Texas as part of their retirement plans.
Miva Rae Miles, 67, passed away peacefully Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010. The information was kindly provided by her long time husband Dexter Miles who misses Miva deeply.
Thanks to our classmate Todd Hoover for researching this information and contacting Miva's husband. We became aware of Miva's death very recently, August 20, 2011. Hence, the delay in sharing news with classmates.
