Sometimes, I was so jealous of Ron...  I recall that he had a 1940 Ford Coupe - I later bought a 1940 Ford Delux but was no where near to condition of Ron's.  Then, in his senior year, his parents bought a 1961 plymouth with cross-ram dual four barrel carbs.  Now, that car was a manual trans with a high performance engine. And....... and, it was a convertible!!!  That just blew me away!!   Ron was genuinely a nice guy - smart, too.  Thanks, Ron, for being a friend.
